Delivery Policy

Troofrnd is delivered as access to the service at troofrnd.com. On successful payment your plan is activated and its credit allowance applied to your account immediately — in practice within a few minutes, and in every case within 24 hours.

You do not need to wait for anything to arrive. Sign in and the plan is live. We also email a confirmation and a tax invoice to the address on your account.

We do not sell or ship physical goods. There is no courier, no tracking number, no shipping fee and no delivery address. We never ask for one.

Anywhere the service is lawfully available. Billing is in Indian Rupees, and Indian GST is applied where it is due.

If your payment succeeded but your plan is not active after 24 hours, write to support@troofrnd.com with the payment reference. We will either activate the plan or refund the payment in full — a payment we took for access you never received is not a refund we will argue about, and the seven-day window in the Refund and Cancellation Policy is not the relevant test for it.

Worth separating: delivery means we gave you access to Troofrnd. It does not mean a post reached LinkedIn. Publishing depends on your LinkedIn connection being live and on LinkedIn accepting the request, both of which are described in clause 10 of the Terms of Service.
