Refund & Cancellation Policy

Seven days from your first paid subscription, no argument. After that you can cancel any time and keep what you have paid for until the period ends.

Effective 26 August 2026.

1 Cancelling #

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings, or by writing to support@troofrnd.com. There is no cancellation fee and you do not have to tell us why.

Cancelling stops the next renewal. It does not end the period you have already paid for — you keep full access, and your credits, until that period ends. After it ends your account moves to the free plan rather than disappearing.

2 The seven-day refund #

If you are not happy with Troofrnd, ask for a refund within seven days of your first paid subscription payment and we will refund it in full. You do not need to justify the request.

Email support@troofrnd.com from the address on your account. We aim to approve or reject within two business days and to tell you either way.

3 What is not refundable #

  • Renewals. The seven-day window applies to your first payment. Later renewals are not refundable — cancel before a renewal date if you do not want to be charged for the next period.
  • Part-used periods. We do not pro-rate. Cancelling mid-cycle does not produce a partial refund; it produces access until the cycle ends.
  • Plan downgrades mid-cycle. The new price applies from the next renewal.
  • Accounts terminated for breach of our Acceptable Use Policy.

Credits are an allowance inside your plan, not a separate purchase. They have no cash value, and credits you have already spent are not converted back into money — though they are of course included when we refund a first payment in full under clause 2.

4 When we will say no #

We reserve the right to refuse a refund, and to decline or cancel an order, where we reasonably believe the account is being used abusively — repeated trials or refunds across accounts, payment fraud, chargeback history, or breach of our terms. This is rare and we will explain our reasoning if it happens to you.

5 How an approved refund reaches you #

Refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment gateway. We do not refund to a different card, account or person. Once we approve it we process it within two business days; your bank or card issuer then typically takes a further five to seven business days to post it, and that part is outside our control.

Where GST was charged, the refund includes it and we issue a credit note against GSTIN 27AAOCP8841K1ZN.

6 Things that are not a service failure #

Two interruptions come from LinkedIn rather than from us, and neither on its own is grounds for a refund. They are described in clause 10 of the Terms of Service: LinkedIn access expires every 60 days and needs you to reconnect, and LinkedIn caps how much can be published for a member each day.

If a scheduled post did not go out because your LinkedIn connection had expired, that is the expiry doing what it does. Reconnect and republish. We will always help you work out what happened — write to us.

7 If something is genuinely broken #

The clauses above are the standard case. If Troofrnd failed at something we said it would do, tell us at support@troofrnd.com. We would rather fix it or make it right than hold you to a window, and we will look at the specifics before we look at the policy.

8 Disputes #

Please write to us before raising a chargeback with your bank — it is faster, and a chargeback freezes our ability to refund you directly. If we cannot agree, the Terms of Service govern: the laws of India, courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.
